Point-to-Point Transfers — Every City to Every City
The airport is just the start. The LankaWayFinder fleet runs the whole map: Kandy → Ella over the hills, Galle → Mirissa along the coast, Trincomalee → Jaffna across the north — one private car, one fixed price, no bus transfers with your bags.

Key takeaways
- One fixed price per leg, any city to any city — long hills legs (Kandy→Ella) and coast runs (Ella→Mirissa ~4 h) all quoted up front.
- Chauffeur for long legs, train for the one famous hour (Nanu Oya→Ella) — we can move luggage ahead while you ride.
- Inter-city buses are cheap but 2× duration with luggage risk; private cars are per-vehicle, not per person.
- Multi-day arcs booked as connected journeys cost less per leg than one-off rides.

Why a car, not the bus?
Sri Lanka's buses and trains are national treasures — and also 2× the duration with luggage risk. The smart mix most travellers land on: chauffeur for the long legs and arrivals, train for one scenic segment (Nanu Oya → Ella is the one). We'll even move your big luggage to the next hotel while you take the train light — ask on WhatsApp.
How pricing works
Every point-to-point leg is quoted as one fixed price — vehicle base plus distance and time, VAT, tolls and expressway fees included, shown before you pay. Multi-day itineraries are cheaper per leg when booked as a connected journey.
FAQ
Do you do transfers between cities, not just airports?
Yes — any point in Sri Lanka to any other: Kandy to Ella, Galle to Mirissa, Jaffna to Trincomalee and everywhere between, in sedans, vans and minibuses.
Is a private transfer cheaper than the train?
The train is cheaper per ticket; the car is cheaper per hour of comfort and wins with luggage. Many travellers split: train for the scenic leg, car for the rest.
Can you move luggage separately while we take the train?
Yes — ask the concierge on WhatsApp; it is a common service on the Kandy–Ella corridor.
